MANAGER’S REPORT
Mr. Williams: I have a few. The Saginaw Housing Commission is
cordially inviting the Board of Trustees and Management to
attend a Welcome ceremony for their new Executive Director, Mr.
Dwayne Walker. We will have our Annual Black History Program,
which will be held on February 23, 2005 at the Community Center.
Also, we will have our Annual Business Symposium this year on
March 11, 2005 that again will be 11:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.
There will be more information of the upcoming events. Also I
have provided some information at possibly going after a 501c3
status to assist developers for the Township Development. This
would eliminate searching for non-profits to partnership through
MSHDA. So that is just some reading materials and I would bring
more information regarding to the direction I’m looking at
possibly.
NEW BUSINESS:
Clerk Montgomery: One of our faithful long standing Board
Members is about to have a birthday. From the Board of Trustees
of the Buena Vista Charter Township, we just thought we would
like to give you a little something to say Happy Birthday to Mr.
Robert L. Martin.
ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Montgomery second by Williams to
adjourn the meeting at 7:45 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED BY
BARBARA MONTGOMERY, TOWNSHIP CLERK
DULY ATTESTED BY
DWAYNE PARKER, TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR
