Special Board Meeting
April 20, 2005

Supervisor Parker called the Board Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Supervisor Parker, Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Orange, Trustee Carter and Trustee O’Steen.

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

(04-20-01-05) Motioned by Martin second by Carter to discuss special tax incentives with quest speaker JoAnn Crary, President, Saginaw Future.

(04-20-02-05) Motioned by Martin second by Carter to discuss the possibility of creating a Township policy that coincides with tax incentives.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Parker to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
