Special Board Meeting
May 31, 2005

Clerk Montgomery called the Board Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Orange, Trustee Carter and Trustee O’Steen.

MEMBERS ABSENT Supervisor Parker and Treasurer Williams

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS None

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

Motioned by Montgomery second by Martin for Trustee Carter to chair the meeting in the absence of Supervisor Parker. Motion carried unanimously.

(05-31-01-05) Motioned by Martin second by Montgomery to review, discuss and approve 2004 Audit. Motioned carried by roll call vote.

(05-31-02-05) Motioned by Orange second by Martin to review, discuss and approve an agenda item that was tabled at a Regular Board meeting regarding a resolution from the Liquor Control Commission to transfer ownership of 2004 Class C Licensed business located at 4030 Dixie Highway of the Buena Vista Charter Township. Motion carried by roll call vote.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Orange to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
