COMMITTEE REPORTS
Trustee Carter: I would like to draw the Boards attention to
agenda item four, which are the monthly report of the Buena
Vista Police Department and the Code Enforcement report that is
the contained therein. I just like you guys to know that Chief
Booker and his department is doing a wonderful job working on
these ordinances and we still have a ways to go. I just wanted
to commend Chief Booker and his department for working
diligently on this task and just wanted you guys to be aware of
what is going on.
TRUSTEES REPORT
Trustee Martin: I just have two things: First thing is that I
would like to echo those sentiments by Trustee Carter as it
pertains to Chief Booker and the Buena Vista Police Department,
I for one knew that it would just be a matter of time when the
Police Department would start doing things a little bit
different and I want to commend you on your Code Enforcement
initiative and secondly, I would just like to say if I am in
order is that the Clerk’s Department be responsible for
remaining the Board of the upcoming dates for the evaluation of
our Township Manager. I think it May, so I think that we could
put May 2006 to remind us.
MANAGER’S REPORT
Mr. Williams: Supervisor and Board of Trustees, I have one.
You should have in front of you the Manager’s 2004/05
accomplishments that could assist you in the evaluation process.
ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin by Parker to adjourn the
meeting at 7:15 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED BY
BARBARA MONTGOMERY, TOWNSHIP CLERK
DULY ATTESTED BY
