Special Board Meeting
September 19, 2005

Supervisor Parker called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Supervisor Parker, Clerk Montgomery, Treasurer Williams, Trustee Orange and Trustee O’Steen.

MEMBERS ABSENT Trustee Martin and Trustee Carter

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS None

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

(09-19-01-05) Motioned by Orange second by Montgomery to discuss Special Assessment District for Towerline water main with Esq. David Myer of Smith Bovill. Motion carried unanimously.

Motioned by Williams second by O’Steen to adopt a resolution for the Special Assessment District of the Towerline Water main. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

(09-19-02-05) Motioned by Orange second by Montgomery to go into closed session to discuss the Township Manager’s Evaluation.

The Board of Trustees went into Closed Session at 7:30 p.m.

Motioned by Orange second by O’Steen to reconvene the Special Board Meeting at 7:40 p.m.

(09-19-02-05) Motioned by Montgomery second by O’Steen to accept the personnel committees recommendations regarding the Township Manager’s Evaluation. Motion carried by roll call vote.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Orange second by O’Steen to adjourn the meeting at 7.42 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
