Special Board Meeting
March 1, 2006

Supervisor Parker called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Supervisor Parker, Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Carter and Trustee Orange.

MEMBERS ABSENT Treasurer Williams and Trustee O’Steen

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS None

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

(03-01-01-06) Motioned by Orange second by Martin to go into closed session to review written legal opinion by Township Esquire.

The Board of Trustees along with the Township Esquire discussed the written legal opinion.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Carter second by Montgomery to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
