Special Board Meeting
March 16, 2006

Clerk Montgomery called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Carter and Trustee Orange

MEMBERS ABSENT Supervisor Parker, Treasurer Williams and Trustee O’Steen.

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS None

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

Motioned by Montgomery second by Martin for Trustee Carter Chair the meeting in the absence of Supervisor Parker. Motion carried unanimously.

(03-16-01-06) Motioned by Montgomery second by Martin to review and approve a resolution supporting the Grant efforts for the Lions Park, 1940 Outer Drive, Saginaw, MI 48601 which will allow improvements for the park by building a playscape, walking path and updating the restrooms. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

(03-16-02-06) Motioned by Montgomery second by Orange to discuss the ACO Plan of Action with Wade-Trim.

The Board of Trustees discussed the ACO Plan of Action.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Carter to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
