Special Board Meeting
April 5, 2006

Supervisor Parker called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Supervisor Parker, Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Carter, Trustee Orange and Trustee O’Steen.

MEMBERS ABSENT None

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS None

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

(04-05-01-06) Motioned by Martin second by Carter to discuss and approve the proposed action plan of response to the ACO. Motion carried unanimously by roll call vote.

The Board of Trustees discussed the ACO Plan of Action.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Carter to adjourn the meeting at 7:07 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
