SUPERVISOR’S REPORT

Supervisor Parker: Just a couple of things. Number one today marks the deadline at 5:00 to close the CDC application process. The Citizen’s District Council is what it stands for. If you recall, we extended the deadline to obtain more business representation to participate in the CDC. We currently were able to retrieve four more applications on the business side. We had a least 17 residents that had already submitted. Mr. Williams has that information and today marks the deadline and we will be meeting sometime this week to appoint and approve those CDC members. I just wanted to let you all know that today marks the deadline to get that in. We are looking at a total of 12 members, 6 business representatives from businesses and 6 residents that will represent the Citizens District Council. Number two, this I received just on the 7th and it is a report on the Delphi situation and it is an update from the previous report that I have given you of last week. So I will keep you apprised whenever I get information from Delphi as it relates to next steps, what being taken place, where there going, what’s happening and so on and so forth.

CLERK’S REPORT

Clerk Montgomery: I don’t have a report, but I would just like to remind all residents that we have an upcoming election for a much needed public and safety millage. I encourage everyone to get out and vote and check with your neighbors and their neighbors check with there neighbors to get out and vote.

BOARD OF TRUSTEE’S REPORT

Trustee O’Steen: Mr. Johnson about the roads, as soon as the Manager gets back we will try to address some of these issues regarding that. We may be able to do some stuff. They will be doing that turn around down there. They will be taking some of the soil and rocks and maybe we can work with them and try to fill that in. I road through there last year and it is bad our there and I know what you are talking about and we will try to address that and we will let you know something.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Parker to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.

RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED BY

BARBARA MONTGOMERY, TOWNSHIP CLERK

DULY ATTESTED BY

DWAYNE PARKER, TOWNSHIP SUPERVISOR
