Supervisor Parker called the Special Board Meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Supervisor Parker, Trustee Martin, Trustee Carter and Trustee Orange

MEMBERS ABSENT Clerk Montgomery, Treasurer Williams and Trustee Ritter

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

(01-30-01-07) Motioned by Carter second by Martin to discuss a new Housing Project for Buena Vista Charter Township. Motion carried unanimously.

The Board of Trustees discussed the new Housing Project for the Buena Vista Charter Township.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Carter second by Ritter to adjourn the meeting at 7:14 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
