Special Board Meeting
October 15, 2007

Clerk Montgomery called the Board Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

Motioned by second by that Trustee Carter Chair the meeting in the absence of Supervisor Parker. Motion carried unanimously.

MEMBERS PRESENT Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Carter, Trustee Orange and Trustee Ritter.

MEMBERS ABSENT Supervisor Parker and Treasurer Williams

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS None

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION None

(10-15-01-07) Motioned by Ritter second by Martin for the approval to discuss the Buena Vista Charter Township 2008 Proposed Budget. Motion carried unanimously.

The Board of Trustees discussed the 2008 Proposed Budget.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Montgomery to adjourn the meeting at 7:52 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
