Special Board Meeting

Clerk Montgomery called the Board Meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in the Township Hall.

Pledge of Allegiance was led by the Board of Trustees.

MEMBERS PRESENT Clerk Montgomery, Trustee Martin, Trustee Orange and Trustee Ritter.

MEMBERS ABSENT Supervisor Parker, Treasurer Williams, Trustee Carter

AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS Michael Thomas, Saginaw County Prosecuting Attorney

AUDIENCE PARTICIPATION Frances Hayes, Resident

(10-18-01-07) Motioned by Ritter second by Martin for the approval to discuss the Buena Vista Charter Township 2008 Proposed Budget. Motion carried unanimously.

The Board of Trustees discussed the 2008 Proposed Budget.

ADJOURNMENT: Motioned by Martin second by Orange to adjourn the meeting at 7:40 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
