Classes are led by an experienced Certified Zumba Instructor (Instructor holds Basic (adult), Gold (very beginners and older adult), Toning and Aqua Certifications.) Classes are for men and women, ages 16 and older. Typical class (45 minutes to 1 hour) will burn between 600 and 1,000 calories.
